How do you feel about sterotypes?
Sterotypes--A preconceived (not based on research or experience) standardized, group-shared idea about the alleged essential nature of those making up a whole category of persons, the most significant of such group-shared ideas being without regard to individual differences among those making up the category and usually being emotion charged.

i think that sterotypes are bad, but can not really be pervented. people need to know the real stuff.
I hear sterotypes every day of my life some even coming from my family. I feel that people use sterotypes for every one not just certain religions. Sterotypes come from news and people how think they know everything or people who know nothing and are just flowing some one else. Pesonaly I feel hurt when I hear sterotypes about other people.
I think that sterotyping is terribly wrong.I watch the news and all they show is muslims blowing up buildings.I know that that is not right because I have an Islam friend and she likes where she lives and not all people are terrerists.The news is alwys wrong about ALL muslims being bad.
STERIOTYPING IS SO BAD!!!!! It is like a awful rumor in a school about someone else. NEVER DO IT!!! How would you feel? Not very good... NEVER DO IT TO SOME ONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think that stereotypes are often put into action but many people dont realize that they are stereotyping. Most of my life I have been stereotyped but i gained my main stereotype when I was in fourth grade. People have always thought of me as someone who just didnt care and was too shy to speak up. And I know that it is not just me who is stereotyped. I know that many people are stereotyped in such cruel ways and some are not. The problem about stereotyping is that people have put false imformation into their heads and once it has floated to their minds it is rooted there. The only way you can put it out of others heads is to prove it wrong, but even then it can be so hard that you may feel it impossible. What would life be like without stereotypes? That question is hypothetical and not even I have an answer. Stereotyping is a bad thing most of the time and the only question is 'How do we stop it?'
Sterotypes are a lack of knowlege. It seems to me that sterotypes are coming from the adults that are teaching the children wrong. I also think that the adults think wrong and try to push it on kids. I applaud all those people that realize and try to stop all the sterotypes in this world. Thank you and keep it up.
i hate sterotypes. Then should be banned but the is no real way to stop them unless you are talking to your friend and then you can tell them to stop being sterotypical.
If there were no sterotypes, the world would be a much kinder place. People need to look around them and just try to understand.

I HATE stereo types. I know hate is a strong word byt I really dislike them. I hear them every day. My dad is the worst stereotyper EVER! I am not realated to him. Stereotypes are the worst thing on the planet. I think people use them to bring themselves up, and bring the others down. It is not right to say bad things about others. EVERYONE IS THE SAME. At least in a way.
I feel bad about steriotypes, because they are bad, and mislead people about other people.

i think sterotypes are totally horriblle, but of they are true (which they are usually not) it is ok to say them, and there are pleanty of sterotypes about americans that we know arent true, like everone is a redneck or fat of rich or a energy waster actually that is pretty much true ut the muslims feel the same way so BACK OFF
I think stereotypes are a horrible thing. I think it is bad because people always say things about Muslims that aren't always true. It makes me feel really bad for the Muslims. Also people also might say things about use. So if we say stereotypes to other people more people will say stereotypes to use. That isn’t very good.
